Established in 1991, Mountainside Fitness Centers is one of the largest, locally owned health club chains in Arizona. Its centers provide a variety of health and fitness programs to members. Its centers nutrition program includes a STAX-specialized climate-controlled cooler, consulting services and monthly one-on-one follow-up sessions. The club s centers operate a full-service pro shop that offers a variety of apparel, accessories and tanning products for men and women. Its centers additionally maintain a salon and day spa.
